The Set of Graphics

Five layouts, each able to stand on its own, because there was no site to send anybody to afterwards. Whichever one a person saw first had to carry the whole pitch.

The View Leads

The unit itself is plain. White walls, three beds, a small kitchen, a shower. The reason anyone books Baguio is out the window, so the pines and the ridge lead the layouts and the room photos sit underneath them.

There was no shoot. Every graphic was built from pictures the owner already had on a phone, which set what could lead and what had to support.

What Is Nearby

Wright Park, The Mansion, Minesview, the Botanical Garden, Camp John Hay, the Bamboo Sanctuary. Three of the five layouts carry that list.

Someone choosing between transients is choosing a base for the weekend, so what they can walk out to counts for more than another photograph of a bed.

The Car Bundle

Baguio is steep and its attractions are spread across it. One layout was made with a car rental company, Smilee, so a group arriving without a vehicle could take the stay and the car together.

The stay plus car layout, headed Explore the Pines Your Way, with four rental vehicles and a panel of unit amenities

Questions Answered Upfront

Every layout states what is in the unit. Three beds, a kitchen, hot and cold shower, smart TV, cameras on the property, how many people fit.

There was no website behind any of it. The graphic had to answer what a listing page would, or the answer went out one message at a time.

Delivered as Files

We made the graphics and handed them over. Where they ran was the client's call, not ours. The engagement has finished.
