Privacy policy

(owner/legal to supply): The personal data submitted through the contact form, for example name, email, and message, plus any optional fields. There is no account system and no login.

The form posts to this site's own endpoint, which emails the enquiry to AscendyX at hello@ascendyx.com, sends you a copy by return email, and appends a row to a private Google Sheet used to track enquiries.

(owner/legal to supply): This site uses Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept them. Until you do, Google Consent Mode holds every storage category in a denied state and no analytics cookie is written. Declining leaves that denied state in place. Two things are stored in your own browser regardless, and neither is a cookie or leaves your device on its own: your answer to the cookie banner, so you are not asked again, and, for the length of a single tab session, the campaign parameters of the link that brought you here, which are sent only if you choose to submit the contact form.

It runs in a cookieless state until consent is given. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the banner on your next visit.
