The Missing Destination

With no store to link to, an ad had nowhere to finish. A click had to land somewhere a person could ask about one particular unit, because that is how this stock sells: one at a time, priced on condition rather than on a model number.

A Single Destination

Every campaign runs on Messenger. Tapping the ad opens a chat with the shop, which suits stock that arrives one unit at a time and is worth what its condition says it is worth.

One messaging campaign reached 23,800 people in a week and started 662 conversations, at 6.83 pesos per conversation on 23,516.54 pesos of spend.

Two Branches, Two Campaigns

The two shops hold different stock. One campaign covering both would have walked buyers into a branch that did not have the phone they asked about, so the campaigns are split by shop and by what that shop is actually holding.

Across the account the campaigns started more than 2,200 conversations from over 94,000 people reached and 285,000 impressions, averaging about 8.38 pesos per conversation.

The Stock Tool

A conversation is only worth starting if somebody answers it quickly, and staff were spending that time working out what was on the shelf. We built them a small web app to look it up instead.

It keeps each branch's stock separate and shows what is still on its way in, so the answer in the chat is the answer in the shop.

Page Growth

Running every day also put the shops in front of people who were not shopping for a phone yet, and both pages picked up followers the whole time. The main one is past 101,000 today and the branch page past 5,500.

Ongoing Use

The engagement has finished. Narikiyo runs the pages and the ad account now, and their staff still use the stock app.
